Ciao! そんな会話からいつものパーティは始まる。
それぞれワインを持ち寄り、こっそり仕込んだ料理を自慢げにリュックに忍ばせる。
みんな集まると買い出しへ。その場で考え、にやにやと献立が決まっていく。
黙々と調理したその先、笑ってしまう美味しさで思わず肩を組んでしまうのだ。
僕たちコダットリアのメンバーは7人。
学生時代から僕らはそのラフな美味しさのとりこだ。
そんな「友達の家みたいな美味しいイタリアン」をお店にしました。

Ciao! This is how our usual parties begin. Everyone brings a bottle of wine and sneaks their proudly prepared dishes into their backpacks. When we all gather, we go shopping together — improvising the menu on the spot with grins all around. After quietly cooking, we end up tasting something so delicious that we can’t help but laugh and put our arms around each other. There are seven of us in KODATTORIA. Since our student days we’ve been hooked on that rough, effortless kind of deliciousness. We turned that “delicious Italian like your friend’s home” into a restaurant. Please enjoy our “professional home party.”

Ciao! È da questi saluti che iniziano le nostre feste di sempre. Ognuno porta una bottiglia di vino e nasconde con orgoglio nel proprio zaino i piatti preparati di nascosto. Quando ci ritroviamo andiamo a fare la spesa insieme — il menu si decide sul momento, tra risatine. Dopo aver cucinato in silenzio, la bontà dei piatti ci fa ridere e ci viene spontaneo abbracciarci. Noi di KODATTORIA siamo in sette. Fin dai tempi dell'università siamo stati conquistati da quel gusto semplice e disinvolto. Abbiamo trasformato quel “italiano buono come a casa di un amico” in un locale. Godetevi la nostra “festa in casa da professionisti.”

• トミー / Tommy — 1999年、福島県白河市出身。建築設計事務所勤務。眼鏡なのにバイタリティが持ち味で、学生時代にはバックパックで20カ国を踏破し、海外支援サークルまで立ち上げたほど。なおちゃんと高学歴でもあり、そのプライドもある。 Born in 1999 in Shirakawa, Fukushima. Works at an architectural design office. Despite his quiet spectacled look, he is driven by pure vitality—having backpacked across 20 countries in his student days and even founded an overseas support club. Naturally highly educated, and carries a healthy dose of pride for it. Nato nel 1999 a Shirakawa, prefettura di Fukushima. Lavora in uno studio d'architettura. Nonostante gli occhiali da intellettuale, la sua vera forza è la vitalità: da studente ha viaggiato zaino in spalla in oltre 20 Paesi e ha persino fondato un'associazione di volontariato internazionale. È colto ed erudito, con la giusta dose di orgoglio.
• 鈴木 / Suzuki — 1999年、群馬県高崎市出身。建築設計事務所勤務。一見、デカくておっかないが、旺盛な好奇心、本職で鍛えたクリエイティビティに加え、時に“岩”とも喩えられる真っ直ぐなココロをも持ち合わせた、本店不動のアニキ的存在だ。 Born in 1999 in Takasaki, Gunma. Works at an architectural design office. Though big and intimidating at first glance, he combines boundless curiosity, professional creativity, and a heart as solid and straight as a rock. He stands as the immovable, reliable big-brother figure of KODATTORIA. Nato nel 1999 a Takasaki, prefettura di Gunma. Lavora in uno studio d'architettura. All'apparenza grande e intimidatorio, unisce una fervida curiosità, la creatività affinata nel suo lavoro e un cuore puro e solido come una roccia. È l'incrollabile "fratello maggiore" della nostra squadra.
• ﾀｸﾐﾆｼｶﾜ / Takumi Nishikawa — 1999年、神奈川県横浜市出身。通信会社勤務。元々は本店随一の常連客だったものの、通い過ぎたためスカウト、のちスタッフ入り。唯一のナチュラルボーンシティボーイとして、店の垢抜けを期待されている。俳優顔でもある。 Born in 1999 in Yokohama, Kanagawa. Works at a telecommunications company. Originally the spot's most frequent regular, he was recruited simply for showing up so much and joined the staff. As our only natural-born city boy, he’s expected to bring a touch of urban sophistication. He also has the face of an actor. Nato nel 1999 a Yokohama, prefettura di Kanagawa. Lavora in un'azienda di telecomunicazioni. Inizialmente il cliente più affezionato, è stato "ingaggiato" proprio perché frequentava troppo il locale. Essendo l'unico "city boy" nativo, tutti contano su di lui per dare un taglio sofisticato al locale. Ha anche un volto da attore.
• ゆうた / Yuta — 1999年、静岡県静岡市出身。家具量販店勤務。店の創設メンバーであるものの、極度の自由人につき、出勤回数は怒涛の1回。ランチ業務を終え（大活躍し）、愛車で一人颯爽と帰った記録を持つ、現代版イージーライダー。（になりたいボーイ。） Born in 1999 in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka. Works at a furniture retailer. Despite being a founding member, his extreme free-spiritedness has led to a legendary total shift record of exactly ONE time. After working lunch service (and killing it), he rode off heroically on his bike like a modern Easy Rider. (Or a boy who aspires to be one.) Nato nel 1999 a Shizuoka. Lavora in un grande negozio di arredamento. Pur essendo un membro fondatore, il suo spirito libero lo ha portato a lavorare nel locale ben... UNA singola volta. Finito il turno del pranzo (in cui è stato bravissimo), se n'è andato con la sua auto come un moderno Easy Rider. (O almeno, è un ragazzo che vorrebbe esserlo.)
• マツエダ / Matsueda — 1999年、静岡県静岡市出身。出版社勤務。本職で培われた編集力と感性で本店の広報係を担当。非常に手が早く、各界隈で1番親交が深い友達を集め、最後にｺﾀﾞを唆すことで本店を開店させたやり手である。駅徒歩20分50平米1Rで一人暮らし。 Born in 1999 in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka. Works at a publishing house. Handles PR using his editorial skills and sensibilities. A true go-getter, he gathered his closest friends from various circles and talked Koda into starting KODATTORIA. Currently lives alone in a 50m² studio, 20 minutes on foot from the station. Nato nel 1999 a Shizuoka. Lavora in una casa editrice. Cura le PR con le sue capacità editoriali e la sua sensibilità. Abile manipolatore, ha riunito i suoi migliori amici dai vari ambienti e infine ha "istigato" Koda ad aprire il locale. Vive da solo in un monolocale di 50 metri quadri a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.
• やす / Yasu — 2000年、静岡県三島市出身。保険会社勤務。本店では、日頃の営業で磨いたスマイルでお客を虜にするフロアリーダーとして活躍。フットワークの軽さも魅力で、今も富山在住であるにも関わらず、開店の度に新幹線で駆けつけている。 Born in 2000 in Mishima, Shizuoka. Works at an insurance company. Serves as floor leader, charming guests with a sales-honed smile. Known for his incredible mobility, he rushes over via bullet train every time the pop-up opens—even though he currently lives in Toyama. Nato nel 2000 a Mishima, prefettura di Shizuoka. Lavora in una compagnia assicurativa. Nel locale è il caposala che affascina i clienti con un sorriso affinato con la vendita. Famoso per la sua incredibile flessibilità, prende il treno ad alta velocità per venire ad ogni apertura, pur vivendo a Toyama.
• ｺﾀﾞ / Koda — 2001年、新潟県新潟市出身。IT企業勤務。大学時代、コロナ禍の趣味探し中にイタリアンに開眼し、友人の「店出せるよ」に唆されて本店をオープン。前のめりな食べ歩きと几帳面な性格により、料理の腕は右肩上がりと評判だ。 Born in 2001 in Niigata City, Niigata. Works at an IT company. Awakened to Italian cuisine during his university days while seeking hobbies in lockdown, he opened KODATTORIA after friends enticed him with "You could totally open a restaurant!" Thanks to his eager food tours and meticulous nature, his culinary skills are on a steady rise. Nato nel 2001 a Niigata. Lavora in un'azienda IT. Durante l'università ha scoperto la passione per la cucina italiana durante il lockdown, ed è stato convinto dagli amici che gli dicevano "Puoi aprire un locale!". Grazie ai suoi tour gastronomici entusiasti e al suo carattere meticoloso, le sue abilità culinarie sono in continua crescita.
